Shannons Email Marketing Program

To support the Shannons Club and extend its reach, Shannons wanted a consistent email program that would showcase new content, spark conversation and drive traffic back to the platform. The goal was to increase engagement, improve time on site and grow page views per visit.

We developed the eDM strategy and delivered the design, build and content selection for each send, incorporating personalisation and segmentation to ensure relevance. This included tailoring events to members’ locations and highlighting content based on interests. Alongside the fortnightly Shannons Club Digest, we also produced solus eDMs for exclusive content launches.

We managed end-to-end delivery, from database management and testing through to reporting and optimisation. The program became a key channel for reinforcing Shannons ‘Share the Passion’ positioning, strengthening the community and driving ongoing engagement with the Shannons Club.
