Shannons Instagram Social Media Management

Shannons wanted to extend its ‘Share the Passion’ brand strategy into social media, creating an Instagram presence that would inspire motoring enthusiasts, spark conversation and build brand engagement in a space not typically dominated by insurance brands.

We developed and managed the Instagram content strategy, producing posts, reels and stories. This included copywriting, photography, videography, graphic design and editing, as well as planning and scheduling to ensure a consistent posting schedule. We sourced and curated imagery from the Shannons Club, briefed specialist photographers and videographers to capture premium vehicle content, and produced dynamic reels with music, captions and feature callouts. To drive growth, we ran exclusive competitions, including a successful collaboration with Mighty Car Mods, and created a content guide to help internal teams capture event media.

The page was carefully curated for visual appeal, grouping posts by colour and vehicle style to create a strong aesthetic, while fortnightly reporting informed ongoing optimisation. In our time managing the account, followers grew from just a few hundred to more than 17,000, building an active and engaged community that reinforced Shannons place at the heart of Australia’s motoring culture.
