Terri Scheer wanted to increase familiarity and drive consideration among property investors by reaching them with tailored, relevant messaging during their property search on REA. The challenge was to connect with landlords at key decision points, build trust, and demonstrate the value of specialist landlord insurance.

We created a suite of dynamic banner concepts built around three interventions. Each idea was designed to pull in live, suburb-level data such as reviews, policy numbers, rental yields and tenant demand, giving investors timely and relevant information. Working alongside Adylic, who managed the template build and technical integration with REA’s PropTrack Market API, we brought the creative concepts to life in an industry-first execution for Australia.

The result was thousands of dynamic ad variants, refreshed weekly to ensure they remained current and locally relevant. This personalised approach delivered highly targeted messaging at scale, improved media efficiency, boosted engagement, and reinforced Terri Scheer’s position as Australia’s leading landlord insurance specialist. The campaign was also recognised as a finalist in the 2024 REA Excellence Awards for Integrated Brand Campaign of the Year.
